Refunds are self-service only: cancel your order yourself using the link in your confirmation email. All refunds are issued as a voucher for future use — we don't refund back to your original payment method. Vouchers can only be used once and can't be cancelled or exchanged for another voucher.
We know plans change and we love our guests, so we offer this option. Under Article 17(1)(m) of Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014, the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts doesn't apply to tickets for events on a specific date.

Directions
Located on Avenida Infante Dom Henrique in Beato, east Lisbon near the riverfront. The venue is part of the Beato Innovation District. We are at the stunning 3rd floor of the "Factory" building. Bus: 718, 728, 742, or 759 to Doca de Xabregas stop (4-min walk). Train: Marvila station (Linha da Azambuja, ~17-min walk). There may be emel parking available on-site at the Beato Innovation District.
