One voucher code covers the number of tickets you choose, for any screening at any Cine Society venue. It's valid for 12 months. We email the voucher to you, so you can forward it or print it.

Your tickets and confirmation will be sent to this email address.
Refunds. Gift vouchers are non-refundable, except that within 14 days of purchase the buyer can cancel any part of the voucher not yet exchanged for tickets and get that amount back (Decreto-Lei 24/2014), by emailing ola@cinesociety.pt; the code then stops working. Tickets booked with a voucher can't be cancelled or refunded. Valid 12 months from purchase; any balance not used by then expires.
Os vales de oferta não são reembolsáveis, exceto nos 14 dias seguintes à compra, em que o comprador pode cancelar a parte do vale ainda não trocada por bilhetes e receber esse valor (Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014), através de ola@cinesociety.pt; o código deixa então de funcionar. Os bilhetes reservados com um vale não podem ser cancelados nem reembolsados. Válidos 12 meses a partir da compra; o saldo não utilizado nesse prazo caduca.
